2011 "Promises"

Well, it is again that time of year where I take a good, hard look at my life and try to see if I can make any changes to better it in any way. I have always disliked the word "resolutions." I can have every intent to keep them, but in the end, things are usually easier said than done. That said, I am a woman of my word. If I promise someone I am going to do something, I always pull through....that is just who I am. So this year, I am making some 2011 promises to myself. I must write them down so I can look back in a few months and make sure I am on track to accomplish them if I have not done so already. So, here we go....below are my 2011 promises:

1) To be the very best mother that I can be to my 2 precious little boys whom I love more than anything in the entire world.

2) To not beat myself up too much when everything else that needs to be done does not get done because I can focusing on Promise #1!!!!

3) To really focus on learning new photography techniques so I am constantly building up my skills and improving my hobby as well as my business, Erin Heidemann Photography.

4) To loose the baby weight!!!!

5) To always remember that promises #2, #3, and #4 are really not that important as long as I am doing a good job on promise #1!!!!

ok, it is now official. My 2011 promises are now in writing. I am keeping the list small this year so it is manageable. I can handle only 5, right?!?!

Here are a few photos of the precious little ones as mentioned in #1. What a great start to 2011 with 2 beautiful baby boys! By the way, you can see from the photos of Jack, that he is still in love with Kermit the Frog! He certainly loves his "froggy blanket" that his "Ganny" made for him.....
