What can be better than a big weekend of fried food, W.T., draft beer, Rainbow Cones, Funnel Cakes, Mooosh and much more??!?! The St. Catherine's carnival is SERIOUSLY one of our favorite things to do in the early weeks of the summer. After all, it produces so many smiles and laughter from our "biggest" little man, I just cannot get enough. And with this wonderful place of amusement being so close to home, we made an appearance there 3 out of the 5 nights (would have been 5 out of 5, but it rained on 2 of the nights!) Jack simply adores practically everything about the carnival....from the 100 rides he took to the numerous elephant ears, pizza slices, and rainbow cones he eat. Most of all, Jack (and Mommy and Daddy, and Mikey!!) very much cherished time with the whole family!!!
