Splish Splash Class- Year Two

I say this all of the time, but I am truly married to the best husband and father on the face of this earth! I am one lucky lady and my little man is one lucky little boy! He loves his Dada so much! And how could he not, really?!?! Jay is amazing with him...he plays with him, he takes wonderful care of him, but most importantly he is a remarkable role model for him. If Jack grows up to be half the man his father is, then that is all I can ask for as his mother.

This is the second year in a row that we have enrolled Jack in Splish Splash at Central Pool through the Oak Lawn Park District. It is only 45 minutes a week, but it is wonderful father/son bonding time! Jack just loves as much time as he can get with his Dada! I have to say that I am little surprised with Jack in the class this year. He is such a scaredy cat compared to last year! Last year, he had absolutely no fear....and this year, well......he is a little hesitant of both the front and back float as well as "talking to the fish" (code for blowing bubbles in the water!) I also had him going down the slide the first class, but Daddy missed that one and Jack has not wanted to show off for Daddy since! Maybe next week.....we shall try, try, and try again! He does however still very much enjoy "Humpty Dumpty" and "Ring Around the Rosie."

This year too, Uncle Ben and Adeline have joined the class with Jack and Jay. It is just so much fun seeing them as much as we can! Please check some of the pics from this morning's class.
