A Little Boy and His LOVE for His Choo Choos.....

For those of you that know Jack, you probably would agree with me when I say, "to know Jack is to love Jack!" Whoever has declared that "the twos are terrible" is sorely mistaken in my humble opinion. I simply cannot get enough of my guy! He is hilarious, serious, yet silly....and just outright darling!!! There is nothing better in life than a 2 year old boy!!!

Choo Choos are pretty much at the top of Jack's favorite list these days. He plays with them all day and even insists on sleeping with them at night! I think he is afraid that for some odd reason, they may not be there when he wakes. So bringing them into his big boy bed for his nap and at bedtime, just reassures him. Not to worry though, he has duplicates of practically every engine of Thomas and his Friends gang, just IN CASE we happen to misplace one of his treasured little playmates.

I find a certain innocence about little boys when they play with their toys, especially something as simple as the infamous "choo choo." Something as small as this can just lighten up Jack's world.....and when Jack's world is bright, life does not get better....

Here are some photos of my Little Man at the Children's Museum this afternoon. He was having a field day on the ENORMOUS train table there. Aunt Julie and Adeline met us there for some fun. We ended this fun afternoon with the kiddos at McDonald's. Trains galore, family, chicken nuggets, FRIES, and a shamrock shake for Mommy= one GREAT afternoon!
