Christmas Cookies, Part I

We made some Christmas cookies tonight...the old fashioned way. No cheating here by using a mix and/or premade/precut dough. We started from scratch, rolled out the dough, and used cookie cutters. There is something about baking form scratch...it is not only humbling, it is also simply delicious.

I am thrilled and delighted to have started this special Christmas cookie making tradition with my boys. I am already looking froward to so many more years of this fun and yummy tradition!
