Who says the month of January cannot be fun??!?! With the amount of toys we have in this household, we don't need to leave the house for an entire year and I still do not think we would ever get bored. We just move from room to room to room....and with changing things up, the fun is endless. We had a special project to work on today. We had to decorate Jack's traced name for a school project. We decided to glue noodles onto the letter of his name and then paint the noodles. My little guy was SO PROUD of himself. And frankly, this Momma was pretty proud of Jack too. For a three year old boy, I am truly in awe of just how much focus and concentration he has. I was told before by education professional that he is brilliant and at the time, I sort of just laughed it off. But as time goes on, I am beginning to think that they were right. This little guy amazes me with both his creativity and brains.
After we decorated Jack's name, we decided to play some more. The boys decided to use the mini blinds as yet another track for the Thomas trains. As if we did not have 100 other tracks to choose from, the blinds were "the track" of choice today. I could spend all day just watching them play. Ahh, to be a kiddo again....
